Prior to joining VEDC, Titas led the reorganized Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation where he worked closely with the Department of Defense and municipal leaders on transformative and generational projects for the Central Texas Region that have spurred significant population growth. From 2015 to 2018, Titas was the Director for Manufacturing and Logistics for the Greater Houston Partnership. He was tasked with bringing together numerous local and regional partners to facilitate large, complex projects. She noted as President, Titas will be representing our community everywhere he goes on our behalf and VEDC has confidence he will represent us well.
